We're committed to providing engaging, custom content. Contact us to develop a program that's right for your group.

When administered immediately after cardiac arrest, CPR can dramatically increase a person's chance of survival. We offer small- and large-group, full-day training programs encompassing all aspects of first aid and medical emergency response.

For Healthcare Professionals, we offer Basic Life Support and Heartsaver (CPR, AED and First Aid) through the American Heart Association. In addition to AHA certification, each participant will receive STOP THE BLEED® training that teaches techniques to control life-threatening bleeding, as well as NARCAN nasal spray, and Epipen auto injector training. Upon completion, participants receive BLS and Heartsaver Course Completion Cards, valid for two years.

For Non-Healthcare Professionals, we provide hands-on training for individuals with little previous medical response training. This program includes: first aid, CPR, AED, NARCAN, Epipen and STOP THE BLEED®.  This course is offered to schools, corporations, churches, and community organizations. Courses can be custom designed based on the age, interests and experience of the group.

*Classes have a 6:1 student-to-trainer ratio.

*Note that we follow CDC and WHO safety protocols during COVID-19 for all courses, including providing the option for hands-only CPR technique.

*NARCAN nasal spray is available at no charge, following completion of the training (requires waiver).

The American Heart Association is the leader in resuscitation science, education, and training, and publisher of the official Guidelines for CPR and ECC. Millions of healthcare providers and others trust the AHA for their lifesaving training, and 100% of the AHA's profits go back into supporting its lifesaving mission.
