Mark A. Hackel

Macomb County Executive

Lisa has made an impact far beyond Fraser's city boundaries. She is known throughout the region as someone with compassion for people. She has been an agent of change in the crusade to replace confinement with treatment - and she succeeded. Macomb County is now working towards that type of system.

Lori Guolla, Fraser HS Physical Education/Health Teacher

Without a doubt, Lisa is the most impactful, real, relatable presenter I have seen in my 20 years in education.  Not only does she educate and keep the attention of all listening to her, she also provides a safe space for every single person in the room.

Gary Edgar, Safety Team Lead, Fellowship Chapel,

Sterling Heights

Lisa’s knowledge, passion and skill has better prepared our team to handle an emergency. I would recommend Lisa to any organization, team or persons ready to step up their emergency preparedness.

Fraser High School Student, 2017

Officer Pettyes was a teacher and role model to me this school year. She brought me under her wing as a part-time officer, but a full-time mother. She always puts others first.

Lisa was the most dedicated, caring, and professional officer I have ever worked with in my 34 years in law enforcement. Lisa’s positive energy, enthusiasm, and ability to communicate with

others are her greatest assets.
